Does Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Matter in Securing Housing?

Fair access to housing is one of those areas. In New Hampshire, the legislature added sexual orientation to its “hate crime” law in 1991, and the Law Against Discrimination, which protects people from discrimination in housing, employment, and public accommodation, was amended in 1998 to include sexual orientation.
